We had AC installed and I was impressed with the job they did. They were very professional, got the work done in a timely manner and the unit installed works great. Not only that, but when they noticed a cracked and leaking pipe on our heater, they replaced it free of charge. They also noticed a section of my dryer exhaust was partially clogged when they disconnected it to make room to work in tight quarters, so they replaced that as well, at no charge.

This is a review of Pausen Heating and Cooling of Fremont, Michigan. Recently, they replaced the old heating and cooling system for our house. It was the first time we did business with Paulsen, and we were a little nervous because we were spending a lot of money; a lot for us, anyway. Throughout the entire process, Randy and his crew were competent, courteous and professional. After the installation, there was some follow up work needed, and I'm glad to report that Paulsen took very good care of us. We highly recommend them.
